- There is a $50 non-refundable deposit. This fee does go toward the cost of the service for any service more than $100.

- please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork that might be needed. It is understandable that life happens so if you are running late please let us know

- gift cards must be used within 6 months of purchase

- no children or pets are permitted, due to the nature of the procedure it is not a safe environment for children

- not responsible for lost or damaged items

- In the event of a cancellation, if it is more than 48 hours prior to the cancellation it can be rescheduled with no rescheduling fee or the deposit can be applied toward another service offered if you do not wish to reschedule that service. unless there is a dire circumstance to be determined on a case by case basis, no refund will be given; only a credit for other services.

- If the appointment is cancelled less then 48 hours prior, the credit can be applied to another service at a later date with a $75.00 rescheduling fee. Otherwise no refunds will be given.

- Sisters, Not Twins reserves the right to assess each situation on a case by case basis and make changes as necessary.
